Original paintings and drawings

More than 2,000 cherry trees that blossom during April are greater both in variety and number than the famed Washington, D.C., display the result of a 1927 gift from Mrs. Felix Fuld and the Bamberger family. Mrs. Fuld was a well known philanthropist who also funded the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton where Albert Einstein and J. Robert Oppenheimer were faculty.

I remember shopping at the Bamberger’s store in downtown Newark—it’s a fantastic neo-gothic building in the Broad Street / Market Street area.
